SILORA

Silora 与 GRAHAM & ASSOCIATES, INC.

No VPN Data Collection by the Developer

Silora does not require registration or login. Silora and GRAHAM & ASSOCIATES, INC. do not receive, collect, sell, or rent VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, destination addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, or usage behavior from the app. We do not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or profiling services.

Local Diagnostic Log

For troubleshooting by you, Silora temporarily records connection diagnostic metadata locally on your device. The original local log may contain destination hostnames or IP addresses, ports, selected outbound routes, and failure reasons. It remains only in the app's local container and is never automatically transmitted to Silora, the Developer, or any analytics or advertising service.

When you view, copy, or export the diagnostic log through the app, destination hostnames and IP addresses are replaced with placeholders. A core log containing per-connection records is retained only for the latest connection. A runtime log containing only tunnel establishment and network changes, without per-connection records, is retained for at most the two latest connections. Logs are deleted when the app is uninstalled.

Third-Party Subscription Servers and Network Providers

Silora accesses third-party subscription or configuration URLs that you choose to import. A third-party subscription server may observe your IP address, request time, client type, and credentials embedded in the subscription URL. When the VPN is active, network traffic passes through the third-party server you select. These services are not owned, operated, or controlled by Silora or GRAHAM & ASSOCIATES, INC.; their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies and agreements with you.

Launch and Latency Requests

On first launch, Silora sends one HEAD request to Apple's connectivity-check endpoint without a device identifier, account information, or configuration content, to present the wireless-data permission on devices where it applies. Before a connection or latency test, the app may calibrate device time using public NTP and time responses from Cloudflare, Apple, and Microsoft. The result is cached briefly on the device only.

“Pick a server automatically at launch” is enabled by default and can be disabled in Settings. When enabled, the app probes the servers you configured while disconnected and selects a reachable server by regional preference: Hong Kong and Taiwan first, then Japan, the United States, and Singapore; other regions are considered only when none of those are reachable. It does not connect automatically. A server provider may consequently observe your IP address and request time.

Camera and Photos

Silora requests camera permission only when you choose the Scan feature, to recognise a subscription URL or server share link. Camera frames and QR-code images selected through the system picker are decoded only on your device and are neither saved nor uploaded. The app receives only the image you selected and is not granted access to your photo library. Scanned content takes no effect until you confirm it.

Local Data Storage

Imported configurations, app settings, diagnostic information, the reason and time the previous connection ended, and recent automatic-reconnection times may be stored on your device or in the app container managed by iOS only to provide app functionality, connection recovery, and local troubleshooting. Silora does not send this content to servers operated by the Developer.
